Set up and embed online booking
Customers book through your own booking page – via link, via QR code or embedded right into your existing website.
Last reviewed: 10 October 2026
Every studio on Inkfuchs gets its own booking page. Customers see your services that are bookable online, pick their artist (with profile photo) – if you allow it – and book a free slot. Each slot can only be booked once, so double bookings can't happen. Instead of booking, customers can also send a tattoo request with motif, body area, size and up to 5 reference images – it lands under Requests. How it becomes a project is explained in Turn a request into a project.
Your address
Your booking page lives at …/buchen/your-studio. The last part is your studio's short name (slug), which you chose when you created the studio – lowercase letters, digits and hyphens only.
You'll find the ready-made link under Settings → Domains in the card “Your Inkfuchs address”. From the Pro plan booking also runs right on your studio homepage – on your own domain if you like.
The footer of the booking page shows your legal notice and privacy policy; the privacy checkbox in booking and request links to your policy. You enter both under Legal notice & privacy.
Several locations
If your studio has several locations, customers first choose the location; after that they only see the services, artists, stations and free times there. Every location also has its own link …/buchen/your-studio?standort=code with the location already selected – you'll find it under Settings → Locations & stations. How to set who and what can be booked where is explained in Locations and stations.
Ready in four steps
- Publish services: Under Services, switch on Bookable online for each service. Only these appear on your booking page.
- Set the rules: Under Settings → Booking rules you decide whether online booking is on, whether only consultations can be booked online, whether customers choose their artist, and how short-notice and how far ahead people can book.
- Keep times up to date: Only times within the location's opening hours are offered, when the artist is working according to their hours, nothing else is in the calendar and a matching station is free. Inkfuchs automatically leaves out absences and buffers.
- Share the link: Copy it, put it in your Instagram bio, send it via WhatsApp – or download the QR code for your front desk as an SVG.
Embed it on your website
Already have a website, for example with WordPress? Then put the booking right there:
- Open Settings → Domains.
- Copy the code under “Embed on your existing website”.
- Paste it into your page – in WordPress use the “Custom HTML” block.
The code is an iframe: a window that shows your booking page in a slim view without the studio header. Add &lang=en to the link and it starts in English. Only the booking page can be embedded – the rest of Inkfuchs can't, for your security.
Good to know
- Customers get an email right after booking. If you've entered a studio email under Settings → General, you'll get a message there about every new booking and request.
- The booking page is available in German and English; customers switch at the top.
- Whether a booking is confirmed right away or needs your okay is explained in Online booking: confirmed right away or after your okay.
- A phone number is required for bookings and requests – for questions and text reminders. You can turn this off under Settings → Online booking with Require phone number.
