Your studio homepage

A complete one-page homepage – with services, artists, portfolio, online booking, legal notice and privacy policy, from the Pro plan and ready right away.

Last reviewed: 10 October 2026

From the Pro plan your studio gets a complete homepage – as a one-pager: a single, fast page with everything clients look for, plus legal notice and privacy policy. It lives at your free Inkfuchs address and, if you like, at your own domain. You edit it under Website and see its status under Settings → Website.

Ready right away

When you open it for the first time, everything is already there – from your studio data:

  • Opening with a main heading (e.g. “Tattoo & piercing in Cologne”), text and a booking button
  • About us and FAQ with sample questions
  • Services & prices straight from your services – with “from” prices, duration and deposit, grouped into tattoo, piercing and consultation
  • Artists from your team with their profile photo – guest artists only during their guest spot
  • Aftercare from your aftercare notes (Reminders & aftercare)
  • Booking: online booking and the tattoo request right on the page – no foreign window
  • Contact & directions with address, opening hours, map and links to Google Maps, Apple Maps and OpenStreetMap

Services, prices, artists and opening hours are not copied: change them in Inkfuchs and the homepage shows the new state automatically.

Design

Set things on the left, see the preview on the right right away – on a phone or a desktop.

  • Look: one template, four characters – Edgy (dark, big image), Clean (light, airy), Bold (poster, huge type) and Classic (warm, serif, arch image).
  • Background: dark, light or automatic (like the visitor's device).
  • Accent colour: pick freely or let Inkfuchs suggest one from your logo. The contrast is checked and the colour is adjusted for text when needed, so everything stays readable.
  • Typeface: six pairings of heading and text – served from our own server, no Google Fonts.

Content

Under Content you switch each section on or off, change the order and edit texts and images. Images are downsized before upload and location data is removed. Give every image a short description – it helps people using screen readers and Google. In the portfolio you assign images to an artist; visitors can then filter by artist. Under Artists the homepage uses the profile photo from the team (“from the profile”) – your own photo in the editor replaces it on the homepage only.

Empty sections hide themselves – the portfolio, for example, when there are no images.

Map

Under Contact & directions the page shows a map with a pin in your accent colour. The address comes from your main location (Settings → Locations); Inkfuchs looks it up once and again automatically whenever the address changes.

  • No cookies: the map is an image from our own server (map data from OpenStreetMap) – no embedded Google map, visitors load nothing from third-party servers.
  • Zoom: wide, medium, close or very close – in the editor under Contact & directions, where you can also turn the map off.
  • Colour: the map follows your page, light or dark.
  • Directions: clicking the map opens directions in Google Maps.

If the editor says "address could not be found", check street, number, postcode and city of your main location.

Language and Google

Under Language & SEO you add an English version (at /en). Page title and description for Google are created automatically from name, place and services – you can override them. The page gives Google structured data about the studio, opening hours, prices and questions, plus a sitemap and a preview image for WhatsApp and Instagram.

Save, preview, publish

  1. Save (top right or ⌘S) stores your draft – visitors don't see it yet.
  2. Preview opens the saved draft in a new tab, for example on your phone. The link is valid for two hours and not public.
  3. Publish turns the draft into a new version – the page is online.

Every publication is kept as a version. Under Settings → Website you can bring back an earlier version – as a draft or straight back online. There you can also take the homepage offline; visitors then see a simple page with a booking link.

Permissions

Everyone with Edit website can edit; publishing, taking online/offline and restoring versions needs Publish website – by default owners and studio managers. You can grant it to individual people under Team → person → permissions.

Fast, secure, no cookies

The homepage is built for speed: ready-made HTML, images in the right size (AVIF/WebP), fonts and images from our own server. It sets no cookies and uses no trackers; booking only loads when someone wants to book.

FAQ

I'm on Free – do I get a homepage too?

The homepage is part of Pro. With Free your free address shows a simple page with a booking link, legal notice and privacy policy. During the trial you can try the homepage.

Can I keep my current website?

Yes. You can keep embedding only the online booking. Use the homepage whenever you're ready.

Why don't I see a guest artist?

Guest artists appear automatically only during their guest spot (guest from/to). Under Content → Artists you can always show or hide any person.
