Locations and stations
Set up where your studio works and which stations it has – a second shop of the same business becomes another location, not a new studio.

Under Settings → Locations & stations you set where your studio works and which stations it has there.
Locations
- Every location has a name, address, phone and email. Add new ones with Add location at the top right.
- The main location is listed first. It comes first in online booking, its address appears in the footer of your studio homepage, and appointments without a location belong to it. To make another location the main one, use ··· → Make main location.
- Every location has a short code (only a–z and 0–9, e.g.
koeln). It goes into the location's booking link; you can change it in the location dialog – leave it empty and we build it from the name. - If you delete a location, its stations and opening hours go too – appointments are kept. Your maximum price in Pro goes down again (it applies per location).
Stations
- A station is a bed, a chair or a room – for tattoos, piercings or consultations. Every station belongs to a location.
- Stations are booked with appointments in the calendar. A colour of their own helps tell them apart.
- Inactive stations are hidden in the calendar and can't be booked – handy when a station stays free for a while.
- In online booking every appointment needs a free station of the right kind at its location: tattoo and touch-up a tattoo station, piercing a piercing station, consultation a consultation station. If all are taken, the time isn't offered online; the appointment gets the free station right away. If a location has no active station of that kind, there's no limit.
Online booking per location
If your studio has several locations, your customers first choose the location in online booking – with name and address. After that they only see what's available there:
- Opening hours are set per location under Settings → Opening hours (pick the location at the top).
- Who works where: Under Team → person → Locations you choose at which locations someone can be booked online. The default is "At all locations" – that also covers locations added later. For guest artists you can enter a period per location, e.g. two weeks in Kerpen first, then two weeks in Cologne.
- Services: For every service you choose under Locations where it can be booked online. None selected means: everywhere.
- Stations count per location (see above). Anyone who has an appointment at one location can't be booked at another at the same time.
- Link directly: Every location card shows the Booking link for this location (
…/buchen/your-studio?standort=code) to copy – then the location is already selected. On your studio homepage, the "Contact & directions" section shows every location with address, opening hours, map and Book here. - Address everywhere: Confirmation email, reminder, the appointment page for cancelling, the customer area and the calendar file (Add to calendar) show the address of the booked location.
- Calendar: In the calendar you pick a location in the filter – then you only see its appointments and the people who work there.
With just one location nothing changes: booking starts with the service as usual.
Second shop: a location, not a new studio
If you open a second shop of the same business, add another location to your studio – not a new studio. That keeps team, customers, calendar and settings in one place.
- Your artist seats apply to the whole studio, whichever location someone works at.
- With your account you create 1 studio of your own. Another, separate studio – for a completely different business, say – is available on request: tap Request another studio in the studio switcher at the top left or write to hallo@inkfuchs.de.
