The plans

There are two plans. All prices net plus VAT, per month:

• Free – free, forever: 1 artist. Calendar, online booking, customers, projects and appointments, digital consent, reminders and aftercare by email.
• Pro – €39 including 1 artist, each additional artist €9, at most €199 per location: With one location you don't pay more from 19 artists – however many there are. Everything in Free, plus team with roles and permissions, guest artists, more locations, SMS reminders (learn more), the studio homepage with your own domain (www included, learn more), no “Made with Inkfuchs” line and personal help with moving over.

Cancel monthly. With yearly billing you get 2 months free – Pro with 1 artist then costs €390 a year. We take no commission on bookings or deposits.

Artist seats: who counts?

With Pro you book artist seats – one is included in the base price. A seat is taken by every bookable person with their own calendar column: artists, piercers and apprentices with their own appointments – and guest artists, but only during their guest spot from “guest from” to “guest until”. Front desk, owners and managers without their own appointments never count. We count who is there at the same time. Seats apply to your whole studio, whichever location people work at.

• How many seats are taken is shown at the top right under Team and under Settings → Subscription & invoices.
• When all seats are taken, add one there with + – Stripe charges the rest of the month pro rata. You can't book fewer seats than are taken at the same time (including guests already scheduled).
• Free has exactly one seat: you.

Several locations and chains

What does another location cost?

Nothing extra – you keep paying per artist seat, and seats apply to the whole studio. Only the maximum price applies per location: €199 with one location, €398 with two (reached from 41 artists). If fewer artists work across your two locations, nothing changes – you pay per seat as before.

What happens to my subscription when I add or delete a location?

Inkfuchs adjusts your subscription automatically, and Stripe charges the rest of the period pro rata. If you were at the maximum price before (unlimited artists), the new location books as many seats as are taken at the same time right now – after that you add seats as usual. Delete a location and the maximum price goes down again. The dialog under Settings → Locations & stations shows you what changes before you add the location.

Is there a discount for chains?

From 5 locations: discount on request. Use Request a custom offer (see below) and we'll make you an offer. There is no automatic discount.

Custom offer for large studios and chains

The price calculator works for most studios – you book Pro yourself. If you work with many artists or at several locations, we're happy to agree on a custom package with you.

• In the app: Under Settings → Subscription & invoices, tap Request a custom offer. The form is already filled in – studio name, city, artists, locations, and the owner's name and email. You can change everything before you send it. From 15 artists or 3 locations, the button is highlighted.
• Without an account: at inkfuchs.de/angebot – or tap Angebot anfragen in the price calculator on the home page (the website is in German).
• What is it about? Choose Custom offer, Demo or Pilot studio.
• What happens next? You get a confirmation email right away. We'll get back to you within 1–2 working days – in person.

Nothing changes in your subscription until we agree on something together. Requests from the app appear in your studio's log.

The trial

• 30 days with everything in Pro and up to 20 artist seats – no payment details needed. The trial is available once per account: for your first studio.
• After that you automatically continue on Free for free. No lockout, your data stays. You can still view your team and guests; AI and website pause, and your custom domain stays saved but isn't active – until you book Pro.
• You'll see how many days are left under Settings → Subscription & invoices. In the last days, a notice at the top of the app reminds you too.

One studio per account

• With your account you create 1 studio of your own. You can still work in as many other studios as you like – as a guest artist via invitation or QR code, for example.
• Second shop, same business? You don't need a new studio for that: add another location under Settings → Locations & stations. Team, customers and calendar stay together. In Pro another location costs nothing extra; only the maximum price applies per location (learn more).
• Another, separate studio is available on request: tap Request another studio in the studio switcher at the top left – Inkfuchs prepares an email to hallo@inkfuchs.de for you. An additional studio starts on Free without a trial and can be subscribed to right away.

Choose your plan or change seats

Under Settings → Subscription & invoices you choose the number of artist seats, monthly or yearly, and pay securely via Stripe. Invoices, payment method and cancellation are there under Invoices & payment method. Only the owner can manage the subscription.
