Profile photos for you and your team
Upload a profile photo for yourself or for artists without access – it shows up in the team, the calendar, online booking and on your homepage.

A face instead of initials: a profile photo shows clients who will tattoo them – and shows you at a glance whose calendar column you're looking at.
How it works
- Open Team and tap the person – for yourself, tap your own name.
- In the Profile card, tap the round image field next to Profile photo – or simply drag the file onto it.
- Choose the crop: drag to move, scroll wheel or slider to zoom. On the keyboard, the arrow keys move,
+and−zoom,0resets. - Tap Apply. The photo is saved right away – no extra save needed.
To replace it, simply choose a new photo – the old one is deleted. Remove takes it away immediately and the initials are shown again.
Who can do this?
- Everyone who manages the team (owners, managers – or whoever you give the permission) – for every person in the team. That's how artists without access get a photo too: you upload it for them. More: Artists without access – and giving access later.
- Every person for themselves, as long as they have the permission Maintain own profile – most roles do. You switch permissions in the profile under Permissions, see Invite your team and assign roles.
For someone you invited by email, save the profile once first – then the photo works too.
Where does the photo appear?
- in the team list and at the top of the profile
- in the calendar in the column headers, on the artist chips, in the filter panel and in the artist choice of an appointment
- under Guest artists and on requests with a preferred artist
- for yourself at the bottom left of the sidebar and in your account
- on your booking page in the artist choice
- on your homepage in the Artists section – as long as you haven't chosen your own photo there. The website editor then shows “from the profile” next to Photo. Your own photo in the editor only applies to the homepage. More: Your studio homepage.
Which images work?
- PNG, JPG or WebP
- Round: You choose the crop, Inkfuchs cuts it square and shows it round. A portrait with a little room above the head works best.
- No location data: The photo is downsized and saved anew in your browser – location data from the phone photo is left behind.
Every change – Profile photo changed or Profile photo removed – is listed in the log.
