Appointment list – today, upcoming, by status
One click on the pills above the appointment list shows what's on today, what's still coming up or which appointments were cancelled – each with its count.

Next to the calendar there's the appointment list: all of your studio's appointments as a list – for searching, filtering and looking things up. Click an appointment to open it in the calendar.
Pills: filter with one click
Above the list you'll find the pills All · Today · Upcoming followed by one per status: Requested · Reserved · Confirmed · Checked in · In progress · Done · No-show · Cancelled – each with the number of matching appointments. One click filters the list.
- Today shows everything that starts today – without cancelled appointments, just like the calendar.
- Upcoming shows everything that isn't over yet and is still going to happen – running appointments included, without cancelled, done and no-show ones.
- With Today and Upcoming the next appointment is at the top. Back on All or a status, the newest ones are at the top again (as long as you sort by date).
- "Today" follows your studio's time zone (Settings → General).
- The numbers take your search and the filters in the side panel into account.
- Your choice is part of the address: a link or the back button shows the same view. Reset takes you back to All.
- On your phone you swipe through the pills sideways – the page itself stays put.
Search and filters
- Search: finds appointments by customer, service, title and appointment number – handy for matching a bank transfer (Deposits: how your clients pay).
- Filters: the Filter button opens the side panel with Date range, Type, Artist and Deposit. Active filters show up as chips below the search.
- Pills and filters work together: with the date range "October" and the pill Done you see, for example, all completed appointments in October.

Frequently asked questions
Why is no pill highlighted?
You opened an older link that filters several statuses at once. The list shows exactly that selection. Click a pill or Reset to get back to the pills.
Who can see the appointment list?
Everyone with the permission See all appointments. People who may only see their own appointments work in the calendar. You turn the permission on or off per person under Team.
