Finding projects – pills, search and filters
One click on the pills above the project list shows only active, planned, done or cancelled projects – each with its count.

Under Projects you'll find all the larger tattoos of your studio – from planning through the sessions to healing. To quickly see what's being worked on right now, filter the list with the pills.
Pills: filter with one click
Above the list you'll find the pills All · Active · Planned · In progress · Healing · Done · Cancelled – each with the number of matching projects. One click filters the list.
- Active sums up what's still going on: Planned, In progress and Healing. Done and cancelled projects are left out.
- The numbers take your search and the artist filter into account.
- Your choice is part of the address: a link or the back button shows the same view. Reset takes you back to All.
- On your phone you swipe through the pills sideways – the page itself stays put.
You change a project's status in the project itself under Status.
Search and filters
- Search: finds projects by title, note and customer name.
- Filters: the Filter button opens the side panel. There you pick one or more artists. Active filters show up as chips below the search – click the × to remove one.

Frequently asked questions
Why is no pill highlighted?
You opened an older link that filters several statuses at once. The list shows exactly that selection. Click a pill or Reset to get back to the pills.
Who can see the project list?
Everyone with the permission See customer data. Anyone allowed to Edit customer data can create, change and delete projects. You turn both on or off per person under Team.
