AI request assistant – summarise and suggest a reply

Open a request under Requests. In the AI assistant section, click Summarise & suggest a reply. A few seconds later you see three cards – each labelled AI suggestion:

• Summary – two to four sentences in your language. Edit it and save it to the request with Accept. Only then does it show up there as “AI summary (accepted)”, for everyone on your team.
• Detected and missing details – what the AI can clearly read from the text and reference images (style, placement, size, colour or black & grey, budget). Details that are still missing in the request are marked new; one click applies them to the request. Below that you see what you should still ask for.
• Reply draft – friendly, in your studio's voice, in the language your customer wrote in. Edit it and copy it with Copy draft into your email, WhatsApp or Instagram message.

What the AI gets – and what never

The AI only gets what it needs for the suggestion: type of request, description, placement, size, style, colour, budget, preferred dates and – if turned on – up to 4 reference images of the request. Email addresses and phone numbers in the text are blacked out first.

Never sent to the AI: your customer's name, email and phone number, health information and anything from consent forms, customer records, internal notes and other photos. Inkfuchs adds the greeting (“Hi Kim,”) and your studio's name to the draft only after the AI.

Why don't I see the button?

• The AI assistant is part of the Pro plan. In the Free plan you see the section, but it's locked.
• AI is still off for your studio – the studio management turns it on under Settings → AI.
• You need the permissions Manage requests and Use the AI assistant (Team → member → Permissions).

Can I get a new suggestion?

Yes, with New suggestion. Every call counts towards your studio's AI budget.
