AI in Inkfuchs – where do I find what?

The AI assistant takes work off your hands with requests. It suggests, you decide – nothing is saved or sent without your click.

1. Turn it on (once)

1. In the sidebar open Admin → Settings, then AI assistant in the AI section – directly: Settings → AI. On a phone, pick it from the settings menu at the top.
2. Switch on Turn on the AI assistant and save.
3. Optional: turn off single features (request assistant, duration estimate, translation), allow reference images or not, adjust the duration formula to your pace.

Owners and studio managers can turn it on. AI is included from Pro and during the trial.

2. Use it – in every request

1. Open Requests and click a request.
2. In the request you'll find the AI assistant section with three buttons:

• Summarise & suggest a reply – a short summary, recognised and missing details (what you should ask) and a draft reply in the client's language. More: AI request assistant
• Estimate duration – hours and sessions from reference image, size, body area and style. More: Estimate duration with AI
• Translate – the description in your language, the original stays visible. More: Translate a request with AI

1. Everything is labelled AI suggestion. Accept saves the summary or estimate; you copy the draft reply into your message to the client.

3. Where AI helps afterwards

• Plan appointment in the request: the accepted duration estimate is suggested as the appointment length.
• Turn into project: estimated duration and sessions are carried into the project.
• After the appointment Inkfuchs records the real duration – so your studio's estimate gets more accurate over time.

Who sees the buttons?

Everyone with the permission Use the AI assistant (Team → member → Permissions). Default: everyone who handles requests. If AI is off, the section shows where to turn it on.

What the AI never gets

Your clients' name, email and phone number and health answers from consent forms are never sent to the AI. Only usage is stored (for the budget), never the content. Details and budget: Turn on AI, privacy and budget.
