Data access for customers – export one person's data

When a customer asks which data you hold about them, export everything about that person as a ZIP straight from the customer record.

Last reviewed: 10 October 2026

If a customer wants to know which data your studio stores about them – or wants to take their data with them – you put it all together in one step. Your studio is responsible for its customers' data; Inkfuchs helps you compile it.

How it works

  1. Open the person under Customers.
  2. Tap ··· at the top right → Export customer data.
  3. Decide whether health information belongs in it (see below) and tap Create export.

After a few seconds the export is ready in the dialog – tap Download. There's no email for this one.

What's included?

  • Customer record with contact details, notes, tags and marketing consent
  • Appointments and deposits
  • Requests – including ones not linked to the record but sent with the same email address – with their reference images
  • Projects
  • Consents (key facts; with the tick also answers and signatures)
  • Messages from the customer area (text and photos)
  • Emails and text messages sent to the person: emails (subject, time, status) and texts (text, time, status)
  • LIESMICH.txt (readme), CSV files for Excel and daten.json for other software

Data of other customers, team internals and studio settings are not included.

With health information

With the tick Include consents with health information, the answers from the health questionnaire and the signatures are added. You confirm with your password or a code from your authenticator app. This only works if you're allowed to see this person's health information in the app.

Good to know

  • Who can do this? By default owners and studio management – through the permission Export data of single customers. Only the person who created the export can download it.
  • 7 days: after that the file is deleted automatically.
  • Log: every export and every download shows up in the log – with or without health information.

To export everything from your studio at once, see Export data.
